From our humble beginnings on a Queensland cattle station to becoming a beloved clothing brand, this feature beautifully captures our story and our dedication to creating quality, practical apparel for life on the land.

A mum of four’s idea that started while she was sitting up in bed at night with her husband will soon go international.
Vanessa Challacombe began her little bush business Little Spurs and Co in 2018 as a way to get back into the workforce after having her children.
Now, the six-figure business has put the small country town of Capella, which has a population of just under 1000 people, on the map as her products going far and wide.
Growing up on a cane farm in the Mackay region, Ms Challacombe travelled around Queensland playing sport before settling in Capella, three-and-a-half hours west of Rockhampton, where she found the love of her life, her husband Trent, who works as a station manager at the family property Marathon Downs.
The Courier Mail’s article showcases our passion, our growth, and the heartfelt effort that goes into every piece of clothing we design. We are incredibly grateful for this recognition and for the opportunity to share our story with a wider audience.
